This course provides an overview of our Florida Constitution, when it was drafted, adopted and what it establishes. It details its authority, a brief history of the conception of the document, a breakdown of its articles, and the duties and services as they are related to the Clerk of Court.

Dominick has been with the Clerk’s office since 2013 and has worked in the following departments: Court Operations (Traffic Filing Clerk, Traffic After Court Entry Clerk, Misdemeanor Courtroom Clerk -- his favorite job of all! -- CPAT Clerk Training and Procedures, Manager Juvenile Delinquency Courts, Manager CPAT Training; and Training and Development (Manager , and Director). Prior to joining the Clerk’s office, Dominick proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy for 31 years and retired a Command Master Chief. Goal: To make the Clerk’s office an employer of choice, by making it more effective and efficient by providing quality education in the areas of professional and personal development for ALL Clerk team members!!
