Cheryl Hicks is an OnBase Functional Analyst III and has been with the Clerk’s office since March 1986. She assists with training the OnBase solutions, and helps support OnBase Users and configuration. Prior to the current Oracle Financial application Cheryl trained BOCC and Clerk employees using the Financial Accounting Management Information System (FAMIS), a mainframe system. Cheryl has worked with the OnBase application since the initial implementation in 2009 with the County Finance/Accounts Payable section
