Course Objective

Students will learn to properly remove and/or adjust fees that have been assessed to a case when a defendant fails to complete all supervised intervention requirements and are rejected from MIP or DVIP.

Billy has been with the Clerk’s office since 2011 and has worked in the following areas: • Court Operations (Filing Clerk; Traffic Parking Clerk; Traffic Front Counter Clerk; Probation Front Counter Clerk; Centralized Training and Procedures (CPAT) Instructor; Curriculum Specialist • Clerks Administration: Training and Development Instructor Prior to joining the Clerk’s office team, Billy spent 10 ½ years in the U.S. Air Force as an Aircraft Structural Maintenance working on multiple different aircraft types.
